To enter the competition, please register using the Air Tribune website then pay the early bird AU$250 entry fee. There will be a $50 late entry fee if we have not received your payment by November 28th, 2017.
Pilots are also required to be members of the local NEVHGC club to be able to fly the Mystic site.
Registration will be at the Outdoor Inn, Bright from – 8pm to 9pm on Fri, 9 February. Pre registration can be done any time, email firstname.lastname@example.org for pre registration details
At registration there will be pilot maps and waypoint downloads. You can download from the website before hand to save time
At registration we will need to see your:
- Competition payment
- HGFA membership
- NEVHGC membership
We will not have facilities to take HGFA renewals or Visiting Pilot Memberships, this must be done with the HGFA (www.hgfa.asn.au) before registration

The competition organisation will require evidence of payment, a Paypal / VISA / Mastercard transaction will be recognised immediately however an internet bank transfer is not applied until received at the NEVHGC bank account.
